The Institute of Archaeology in Iceland publishes an annual report on the archaeology in Iceland. They also put this up on the web for free so you can access it. It is in Icelandic so it is a bit hard to get your Viking on if you don’t speak Icelandic but there are lots of websites that will translate for you.
PS- Iceland is more then just Vikings.
